Can I pause my Perks membership?

We don't currently offer a pause option for Perks — your membership is either active or cancelled. But the good news is that cancelling is penalty-free, your benefits continue through the end of your billing period, and you can rejoin anytime. So cancelling and rejoining later works just as well as a pause would.

Cancel and Rejoin When Ready If you're going through a period where you won't be shopping — vacation, tight budget, or just taking a break — cancel without any penalty and rejoin when you're ready. There are no cancellation fees, no penalty, and no hoops to jump through.

When you cancel, your benefits (free shipping, cashback, package protection, priority support) remain active until the end of your current billing period. You get the full value of what you've already paid. Any cashback you've earned stays in your wallet and never expires — even after cancellation. You can use it on future purchases whether or not you have an active membership.

  2. Go to Account Settings > Inspire Uplift Perks
  3. Click "Cancel Membership"
  4. Confirm the cancellation

How to Rejoin

When you're ready to come back:

  2. Visit www.inspireuplift.com/perks
  3. Click "Join Perks"
  4. Benefits activate immediately

Depending on current promotions, you may receive another free trial month when you rejoin.
